I heard my first story of Sean Burns a few months before Criminal Mischief came out on a road trip up to Boston we took to ride the Hospital Banks R.I.P and Hyde Park along with whatever street we could hit up in Providence R.I, and NYC before making it back to homeroom that Monday morning. So we first hit NYC at about 9pm and rode until the sunrose, slept till noon at a truck stop then it was off to Providence for a few hours to ride the gold rails and some other spots we saw in Road Fools 4, and then that night we got into Boston and our pal King Frank said that a rider who ripped past us and made a noise resembling a bear was none other than Sean Burns who was already a legend on the East Coast for Icepicking Penn Rail that Van Homanhad done in Criminal Mischief along with Brian Wizmerski sending me constantly insane photos of Burns when he had put Sean on the now defunct Resist team (Im sure everyone over 25 years old knows what Resist is if not here is a hint http://bmxmdb.com/films/303-Corrupted-Images hell even I filmed some of this video but Burns was put on the team later and his footage went to this East Coast Classic,"Off The Map" which vanished from the interweb so here is a split of him and Brian Yeagle from Standpoint 6 which is insane. If you can find it I suggest watching it and realizing that Sean Burns always was one of the best bike riders ever, even as an unknown he was doing things he didn't know top level dudes were doing he just pedaled really fast, did rad shit, and after a knee injury took his pegs off to go easy and had one of the biggest gap photos DIG BMX Magazine had ever ran that I think either Seth Holton or Ryan Worchester took but its INSANE. Either way he is still at it even though his sprocket shrunk a few teeth his new Osiris Shoes edit speaks for itself and for the BMX world that Sean Burns has more fun than you has balls the size of a direwolf and has more skill than most.
