RIDLEY TOWNSHIP — A Folsom man is dead and his stepdaughter is clinging to life after they were ambushed outside of their Sylvania Avenue home by an angry 72-year-old neighbor Monday morning, police said.
Minutes after he was gunned down in the driveway of his home, 42-year-old Scott Robins gave police a “dying declaration,” saying he had been shot by his neighbor, James Dellavecchia, according to the affidavit of probable cause.
“It appeared (Dellavecchia) was waiting for Scott Robins to come out and he shot him,” said Ridley Township Police Lt. Scott Willoughby.
Crazy that this Murder happened a few blocks from my local high school. Also odd that I saw this truly inspiring video on The Berrics yesterday. Just watch....
